Our Dining
We serve home-made soups, with oven baked rolls, and make all our own cakes, puddings and pastries. Scottish smoked salmon and award-winning cheeses have also been added to our menus. Scottish smoked salmon and award-winning cheeses have also been added to our menus.
A full English breakfast is available daily. Our menus are very flexible and we listen to our residents, if there is a dish they would like on the menu, we will include it.
Residents are consulted on a regular basis and as a consequence, we have added croissants and waffles to the breakfast menu, we grind all our own coffee beans which are served in cafeterias.
For prospective residents, we welcome them and their relatives to come and have lunch and sample our wonderful cuisine.
For your information
All fish served is fresh, for example, line caught Atlantic Cod, fresh Scottish Loch Trout and Smoked Haddock. A selection of freshly homemade cakes are served daily. A glass of beer, wine, prosecco and sherry is available at main meals with no cost.
